Monitoring

Monitoring in the cleanroom is the systematic monitoring and control of the environmental conditions in a cleanroom, such as temperature, humidity, particle count, microbial load and pressure difference. The aim of monitoring is to ensure compliance with the specified cleanroom classes and to detect and eliminate deviations at an early stage.
